Provider identification
Services are provided by PHI LAB SRL, tax ID 43942028, trade register no. J2021004934403, registered office at Str. Piatra Morii 28, et. 1, ap. 2, Sector 1, 013299 București, through the Miau Vet veterinary practice at Bulevardul Lacul Tei 109, Sector 2, Bucharest. Veterinary services are provided in accordance with Romanian Law no. 160/1998 on the organisation and practice of the veterinary profession and the rules of the Romanian College of Veterinarians.
Online appointments
The booking form submits a request. An appointment is settled only once the practice confirms it.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you can no longer make an appointment, let us know by phone or WhatsApp as early as you can: your slot can be offered to another patient. Rescheduling works the same way — by phone, on WhatsApp, or with a new request through the booking form.
