Miau Vet is the brand under which PHI LAB SRL operates the veterinary practice at Bulevardul Lacul Tei 109, Sector 2, Bucharest.
What data we collect
The contact details you enter in the booking form, the patient's details, and the patient's medical history.
Legal basis
Performance of the veterinary services contract, the legal obligations around medical records and fiscal documents, and consent for optional communications.
Processors
Appointments are handled through Digitail, which acts as a processor on the controller's behalf and processes the data only to manage bookings. The services the form loads in turn, Microsoft Clarity and Intercom, are described in the cookie policy — which is why the form only loads with your consent. The provider hosting this site may process traffic data, such as IP addresses, in technical server logs.
Retention period
We keep data only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for: the patient's medical records, for the duration of the relationship with the practice and then for the periods required by the legislation on veterinary medical records; fiscal documents, for the periods required by accounting law. Once no obligation requires keeping them, the data is deleted.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
